- Orders are processed via our U.S.-based supplier Trendsi.
- FashionPreppy.com reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason (including suspected fraud or supplier stock unavailability).
- A confirmation email will be sent once your order is accepted and being processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship within the United States only.
- Standard shipping: $5.99 flat rate (unless otherwise noted).
- Delivery timeframe: 5–10 business days from our U.S. supplier warehouse.
- Expedited shipping may be available at additional cost for sample orders.
6. Returns & Refunds
- We offer a 7-day return window for most items after delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
- Certain items (e.g., intimates, clearance) are final sale and non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
