At FashionPreppy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process in partnership with our U.S.-based suppliers, including Trendsi.

📅 Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

📦 Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned

Order number
Reason for return

We’ll provide detailed return instructions based on the supplier’s U.S. return warehouse.

🚫 Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Beauty products
Bodysuits
Face masks
Intimates & lingerie
Jewelry
Swimwear

🔁 Exchanges

We accept exchanges on most items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To request an exchange, contact us at support@fashionpreppy.com with your order number and item details.
Exchange shipping fees may apply.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If we sent the wrong item or a damaged product, return shipping is free.
